The process is as follows:
- Select and Copy the Action Symbol from the symbol catalogue.
- Paste the selection in a PowerPoint File. The symbol will be static.
- Type your text related to the symbol
- Open the file as a presentation and the symbol will be activated
- Select a new symbol and Repeat the sequence or
- Use the same symbol and text a new language description
- Save your file for future use
